Qualifications we are Seeking
Our Village Nanny Agency is excited to partner with Nannies that meet the below qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of recent, private nanny experience or childhood education experience
- At least 2 excellent references
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to certify promptly)
- Demonstrated understanding of infant to childhood milestones
- Passion for working with children
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recent, private nanny experience
- Formal education in early childhood education
- Nanny Certifications
- Household management skills
- Teaching experience
